Our furnace stopped working. J&A was contacted by our home warranty. They responded quickly and determined it could not be repaired. Joey Burn contacted us with a quote. He was extremely helpful in our decision on a new one. Christian and Shane were the techs. They were punctual, knowledgeable and far exceeded our expectations. Great job!!!

The guys with J&A were fantastic and exceeded our expectations! Total work was 2 days and both days they were efficient and did a great clean up job. We've been using J&A for years and they never disappoint. Today, Billy Cleaver came to fix a leaky kitchen faucet. He was quick, friendly, and thorough. He even offered alternatives and pricing in case I wanted to explore a newer fixture. And was knowledgeable about my current faucets warranty (something I didn't even know existed). Highly recommend both J&A and Mr. Cleaver.

Billy from J&A came out to my house to investigate an ongoing issue in our new home. Billy was able to quickly investigate, troubleshoot , and correct our issue in under an hour!!!!! Not only did he correct our issue but He also was able to point out some things with the plumbing that I might want to keep an eye on moving forward. J&A came to my house through a home warranty repair claim for my humidifier and my boiler. The tradesman that came out was Chuck. The problems with the humidifier and boiler were worse than originally anticipate and Chuck diagnosed the problem quickly and used his expertise to explain my systems to me so that I can do periodic maintenance myself to ensure safe and efficient heating. More than just knowledgeable, Chuck was friendly, prompt, and honest about the extent of needed repairs. It's difficult to find trustworthy repairmen, but J&A made it easy by sending Chuck to my house. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone with home heating and plumbing problems.

I just wanted to take a minute to let you know what great customer service we received from Chuck Richards. He was polite, informative, and very knowledgeable about our heating system. Not having lived in a home with a boiler or radiator heat before, he went above and beyond to educate us about our system, how it works, maintenance that needs done (i.e., bleeding radiators), etc. He took his time in diagnosing the issue we were having and then helping us understand the fix.

The morning of 11/25/2019 I called J&A for a service call for a problem with our heat pump.I was scheduled that day with a great service tech named Chuck.He came to my home and diagnosed the problem quickly.It turned out we needed a circuit board.He went onto his next call while an office person ran for the part.It was 6p.m. when he was able to get back to us.Determined to get us up and running he stayed until 8:30 or so and got us heat.There may or may not be an unresolved issue with another component of our system so I have another appointment this morning to double check everything.I could not ask for better service! On the second service call Manuel was on time and quickly checked over chuck's work and made a few tune ups and now my system is purring like a kitten.Thanks Guys ,great overall job!

I can’t say enough good things about J and A South Park!! They helped put in a new boiler for us and were not only significantly less than a competitor, they were so kind, professional, and polite on the phone, during the diagnosis, and while completing the task. I then had to have a plumbing issue looked at a few weeks later and once again I was extremely impressed. They detected the problem immediately. Once again the price was fair and the serviceman was incredibly kind and polite. Don’t look anywhere else for your heating, cooling, or plumbing needs!

We had a new furnace and AC installed. The installers were VERY efficient and thorough. They did an AWESOME job and were very passionate about their work. The younger guy (I don’t recall his name) worked so hard and had to work outside to install the AC in frigid temps. He was so professional and did a great job hooking up and explaining the thermostat. I’d recommend J & A to everyone I know and will use anytime I need to again.

We had difficulty with our tub draining in our new place so our home warranty had J&A come out and look at the issue. Billy came out and was awesome! He worked quickly to figure out what the issue was and take care of it. Billy even took a little extra time to take a look at our hot water heater when I mentioned that we were having issues with our water temp. 10/10 would call J&A (and Billy!) to come out and work on our home again!

I had a service call yesterday under my HSA warranty and I will say, after reading other reviews, I was nervous. My technician's name was Chuck and I couldn't have been more please with my service. My boiler is almost 40 yrs old and so the issue was, could a part be found. After him being on hold for long period of time and calling around he found a place down in the strip that may have the part. Now you may not think this is a big deal but it was since the President was in town and streets were blocked off and protest were in full effect. Regardless, Chuck made his way out got the part and fixed the issue. He explained the process and what I could do to maintain the machine. I am a first time home owner and a female with no knowledge on the ins and outs of these type of issues. I now have some information and confidence with the unit. Thanks Chuck and J&A for everything you did and continue to do. Above and beyond and the season is in full kick off. Truly amazing seriously. He even wore pink shoe booties for breast cancer awareness that were so adorable. Its the little things that go a long way.

Chuck Richards came to my house to give me a second opinion about my furnace and he was very honest and told me that I don’t need to get a new one. They installed a furnace for me, they were professional and very knowledgeable of the job. All the guys were good, Andre, Mark, & Butch. But Chuck Richards was the man he fixed my air conditioner and was very professional & fast. I would recommend this company again to anyone because of the employees service and their work.

I cannot say enough how fantastic this team was. I spoke to Megan and Carrie on the phone and had Chuck come to my home to fix my AC issues. Because I was at work I had my father meet Chuck at my house. Chuck took the time to talk to me on the phone to tell me what he was going to be doing and to educate me on how my system works. Chuck was able to address my issue during his visit and was not only professional, but very friendly as well. I am extremely pleased with J&A and will be recommending them to my friends and family! J&A is great. I got to know them years ago when I purchased this house and had a home warranty. Now I no longer renew the home warranty and just use them directly. Always get the job done right and don't feel like I'm being put through the ringer on price. All the guys are usually real friendly and feel comfortable with them in my house while they're doing the work. Just had an AC issue and Chuck was at my house yesterday evening fixing and updating my thermostat. Job was done perfectly and communicated everything he was doing along the way! I appreciate the upfront communication and honesty from estimate to the final bill. Can't say enough about J&A and highly recommend.

I cannot begin to tell you what a wonderful experience it was with J & A. Their technician worked tirelessly to fix our AC unit on the hottest day of the summer. He worked in the pouring rain and never left our office until the problem was solved... I was told by 3 other separate companies that it couldn’t be fixed. Always, go with your gut and seek that additional opinion.!!!

I recently had a service call from J&A. I had just moved into a new home and the AC was not even close to being cool or reaching all of the rooms. Jay came to my home and was quickly able to trouble-shoot the issue. Further, he took time to ask where I needed it cool the most (bedrooms) and helped redirect the AC so that it was travelling more efficiently to parts of the home important to me. VERY polite young man, who I could tell was energized by finding solutions to a customer's problem. Thank you, Jay! And thank you, John, for understanding this was a time-sensitive issue due to a medical concern for one member of our home and getting someone there to help me. Applause all around 🙂
