“[Professionalism] Brett was very thorough, not only working to resolve the problem in a 110+ year old Home, but seeking to discover why the issue occurred. He pinpointed the original source and made recommendations for ways to fix the problem at the source (despite the problem being only indirectly related to plumbing). Friday was the 4th time in 3 years that I’ve used J&A for various services, this time for an emergency water heater replacement.
At 4:00 on a Friday with houseguests for the weekend is definitely not the time you want a water heater to blow, but both Lauren and John couldn’t have been better. Quick, friendly, well-priced. You can’t ask for much more than that!
