Here’s how it works. When a J&A South Park service representative does work at your home or business – HVAC, plumbing or electrical – they will present you with a customer service survey at the conclusion of the visit. The survey will allow you to rate your experience with J&A – everything from promptness to professionalism and technical knowledge – and will only take a few minutes to complete. That’s all you have to do! By returning the completed survey to your service representative (or completing it online) you will be awarded with points that can be redeemed at J&A’s online gift gallery. But, that’s not all! J&A also offers opportunities to earn additional points through referrals and repeat business. The more points you accumulate, the more choices you will have in the gallery.
